If a teacher is online, go to them and crouch 3 times. This will signal that you are ready to get some training. Follow them to a spot and there should be a red line/dot there and stand where your teacher is. Once they crouch 2 times, shoot at it. You may do it without a teacher, but it's best to do it with one. The teacher also might stand at the target to see if you hit it. if you can't see one, you can go towards where your teacher is. once you're done looking at the target, crouch and jump 2 times. then, you can go back to the spot or if you don't remember, chat "I'm sorry" and the teacher will come.
