Hi everyone! I know that it has been a while(a really long while), and I've not been very active on scratch. I have said that I was going to release a project but then I kinda flaked off for various reasons. 1) I've been busy with school. 2) I know, this seems surprising but I'm actually getting my life back lol. Since COVID has been slowing down, I'm allowed to see my friends now. Sadly, they are too busy with homework for me to see them often, but we still hang out on the weekends. 3) I've been into other coding languages. Scratch was getting too easy for me, and I wanted more of a challenge. I started learning JS a while ago, and I'm still learning it. 4) I actually... am really into pixel art now. Ever since I got into Minecraft Java Edition, I've been making Minecraft texture packs, which revolves around pixel art. As you can see in the project, I have an apple that I made just recently. I have swords and other items/art, but I have to go do school so I didn't want to spend the time adding a shadow to them and then importing them to Scratch and doing all the coding LOL. 5) As of right now, I'm using an 8-year-old MacBook air... it doesn't run very well anymore, and I've been saving up money to build a PC. Once I get that I'll be able to run many more powerful apps, which will help with coding and the other things that I do on my computer. 6) I kinda like to work out(idk if this is normal or not for a teenage boy), so I do a workout twice a day, and skate on my roller blades for 12 miles a day. This takes up like an hour of my day. 7) Hockey(kinda?) The season is over, but in a few months, it starts again so that will take up a bunch of my time. 8) Besides from that, as the average teen does, I really like music. Along with learning to play acoustic guitar, I also just like to listen to it in general. I wish I could share my Spotify playlist with you all but I may get in trouble for that. Really, I only listen to classic rock such as Queen, the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Redbone, Billy Joel, etc. Anyway, those are really the only reasons that I have not been active on scratch. I want to get back into making games and being a part of this community, but I just can't find the time. I still log onto scratch to make thumbnails for my texture packs or just see how all my old friends are doing. Anyway, I really miss being a part of this community, I hope you all are doing well, and I'll see ya later!
