Labs scientist specializing in technology/medicine and works part-time at the Gotham City Library. He wants to figure out how to enhance current technology (maybe with some magic?) to revolutionize medical field. He is close friends with Mira Stonewell, a magician from the House of Life and fellow scientist; even though she insists that combining magic and technology would be disastrous. He is often caught up in any magical adventures Mira's kids encounter (aka drag him into). He has adopted a cat named Alex and a (slight) crush on Mira; though he is afraid to admit it.
