Welcome cats of Panem to the seventh annual tribute parade. We have something very special in store for you this year, so stay tuned! This parade will not take place in the traditional horse-drawn chariots of previous years, but on Lake Rockall, just a few minutes away from the Capitol's finest hotels. Once the sun goes down, the lights on the lake will come on and the tributes will sail out in custom made boats. It shall be spectacular! Additionally, tributes will be presented with three randomly chosen items, and will be later ranked based on their creativity and general performance. The items are as follows- 1. Flags 2. Lighter 3. Smoke machine 16. Spotlights 17. Confetti 18. Glitter cannon The tribute parade will be broadcast from tonight stretching all the way until Thursday, May 19th. Please comment your three items below as soon as you receive them. We trust you not to cheat. 2. Once you have done so, you may begin work on your parade submission. You need to describe the events of the parade in full. It must either include a drawing of your character's outfit or a detailed description, and can be written in a remix to this project or as a comment under this project. Others will not be counted. 3. The items you receive must be used in your performance. Other items are allowed, but they must not be found on the list. 4. Once it closes, mods will begin to grade your submission.
