Fake American television and film distributor that was made on September 12, 1943 by Rockswill E. Lareson. The company was known for distributing sitcoms, low budget horror (stopped doing that in 1965), re-printing films from the 20s-30s-40s, and etc. The company ceased operations/got defunct on October 25, 2009. But then got revived in February 5, 2015. About the logo: The logo is rare, it only appeared on 20 episodes on "The Nowadays". Most of the logo was on some opening credits. No color version of the animated logo was found. (yet) Most of the time, the logo would be still. Rare-ability: Extinct. (media of this logo has been lost) The date of the logo would be: 4/6/1952.
