Ok in my time with the ehe squad I constantly pointed how genshin was similar to ninjago.one thing for certain about me is that I was a ninjago kid I watched it a Ton when I was 5 and I am nostalgic towards it and I was blinded from the flaws from clunky cgi to weakening the ninjas by removing dragons and airjitzu and the concept on paper was pretty dumb (ninjas spinning in tornadoes).genshin Improved these aspects:beautiful art style anyone can be op and the concept was cool and yet when I see these 2 i’m Like Oh GeNsHiN BoRrOwEd ThIs FrOm NiNjAgO but now realizing that there are a lot of franchises about elemental powers and yet I never said they copied ninjago like avatar the last air bender I’d never say it’d copy ninjago.another thing I compared genshin to was bionicle another LEGO brand due to the overall planning of both and drew minor comparisons but hoyoverse would never copy LEGO (unless you’re talking about honkai iii and nexo knights but honkai existed way before nexo knights) and if my time in the ehe squad taught me anything is that never let nostalgia ruin other people’s tastes and as @-iciicle- always says:slay what you wanna slay I am not implying I hate ninjago or bionicle I just swear not to compare them to Genshin
