Song is the second ending to Ao No Exorcist, "Wired Life", by...the creators of Ao No Exorcist. XD I don't even watch it (though I want to); I just found it here on Scratch so yay. Drawing and tutorial is mine, done with an old Mac, a Wacom Bamboo tablet, and Photoshop CS5. Adorable character (how do you design?! I love this color scheme - it's too light and happy for any of my characters though XDD ) belongs to @WAFFL3.
