Union Treaty of 1865 Terms - All Prussian-Aligned territories will merge into the North German Confederation. - Territories occupied by Austrian-Aligned forces will also be merged into the NGC. - The Government of the NGC will be unitary, with former rulers keeping their titles, but answering to the King of Prussia, now the Kaiser of Germany. Treaty of Warsaw Terms - The remaining German states (Excluding Austria) will unite into the German Empire. - The countries of The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Poland will gain their freedom. - Austria will receive compensation (for not joining Germany) in the form of Salzburg, and a temporary occupation of Silesia. - Warsaw will be under joint occupation by both sides, and Poland will act as a buffer state between Germany and Russia. - A temporary ceasefire will be established until the Coalition of Doom is defeated - France will receive territories from Savoy as additional compensation. - Alsace-Lorraine, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg will become buffer states between France and Germany. - The buffer zones will be returned to their former owners once peace is assured.
