Arrow Keys to move the Snake around. You want to eat apples to get bigger. You can't run into the wall or yourself.
I made this about 5 years ago, but I'm keeping it up. There are some glitches like the apple spawning outside the map, and you being able to turn 180 degrees into yourself.
