So.... I thought I'd start a Europe RP. This is set in September 1939, on the eve of WWII. So, big rules: STARTS ONCE I HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS 1) NO SUPERUNIONS. Merges are fine, but they cannot be super unreasonable, consult with me if you want to merge. 2) Do not be OP, you don't have infinite money, try to limit it to at most $750 million per year (thats a huge amount), don't build extremely large backup vehicle reserves, etc. 3) 6.2% military cap, if you are being invaded and your capital is under threat. You should only have 1.2% of your population in the military at max during peacetime, and only 1.6% of your pop can be in the military during an offensive war, you can have 3.4% reserves. This varies, and larger nations will have smaller caps. If you don't know your limits of military, ask me. 4) Only 3 armoured vehicles per 750 troops. 5) Only 6 warplanes per 1,000 troops. 6) No nukes until 1957. I have final word in all disputes and land claims.
