Each square represents a person. Red is infected, green is not infected, and blue is vaccinated. Grey is somebody who died. The people will move about doing their normal things, some will infect others. Some people will go to the testing site. From there, if they are infected then they will be quarantined until their not, and if they aren't infected they will leave. People who are infected will have a small chance of death. Some people will go to the vaccine clinic where they get vaccinated and become immune. After 1 minutes, the virus should be eradicated, and a couple minutes later, everyone will be vaxed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - You don't really need to read this, it might be a bit confusing. If you look at the numbers of vaccinated people vs. infected people, as shown on the graph above you will see the the people vaccinated increases linearly, but the number of infected people increase with a logistical curve. This version is improved so you can see the graphs of the number of people who are infected, dead etc.
