Hiii guys !! Sorry for not posting but I really felt that people should hear this message/rant. Thanks to everyone !! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *★ Anxiety is a treatable mental illness. ★* *★ Stop treating it as a joke or just regular stress. Everyone experiences stress. Not everyone experiences anxiety. Anxiety is just a really common mental illness. ★* *★ Normalizing mental illnesses is AWESOME and everyone should do it but there is a point where people consider it something that EVERYONE goes through, that EVERYONE experiences. ★* *★ Anxiety is defined as "a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks." (This is just one definition and anxiety is different for everyone). Stress is defined as "a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances." THEY ARE DIFFERENT. ANXIETY IS A MENTAL ILLNESS. *★ Anxiety is not just stress and it affects real people everyday. ★* *★ ANXIETY IS TREATABLE ★* *★ STOP MAKING IT INTO A JOKE. ★* Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk.
