Chapter four (Officers) Officer 30 was in panic. He had just discovered that Emma was gone! That meant that she had either been kidnapped or worse, she had escaped! Suddenly, he heard Joyce calling " Officer 30! Officer 25! Officer 20! Come Here! Now!!!!!!!" so of course, he ran to her and so did the others “Mia and Grandmother have been kidnapped!” cried Joyce o 30's jaw dropped open and he whispered “so has Emma” Joyce said “Oh no what do we do now?
