They'll grow back if they are taken out. They have the texture of worn out cardboard - Anne thought she was a mundie for a longgg time until Hop Pop used the word. She has used it subconsciously before though - Epithet can only be used when feeling intense emotion, although it can be tapped into (but its hard). When she can use it, she can summon/control lightning, wind, and rain/water. Her hair also turns into a storm cloud and smaller clouds form around her. Art style used here isn't really mine, kind of my sad attempt at mimicking Epithet's style
