add oc, remix, tell me what idle animation you want it to be (shaky hand, unusual head twist, etc.), wait. Optional: tell people about this.
I can god mode it, as long as it is a vector because it is super easy and the bitmap will take a very long time. so if you oc not a bitmap, then make It into a vector (don't use an ai to vectorized it, do it manually). It needs to be open, the vector is not a drawing with black outline that is attached to each other, and it is not LAZY because I have seen Oc that have no effort in it.
