Press the space bar to move. To move Meep just move your mouse wherever you want. Meep will move around in a circle though, so be prepared. (It's cool because you can play around on a playground)
I made it by going to the back round clicking the playground. I'm not sure how to do the spinning around thing though. Hope you enjoy and have fun!
