A small gadget that allows you to build your own city! - Choose the item you wish to construct from the toolbar. - Press and hold the down arrow for the item to follow your cursor - Left click on the spot where you want your building to construct it - Open the bottom menu to see your population and commercial satisfaction - When building/constructing power plants and electro-windmills the power number will increase by a random number due to density and the population it must fill it could not have been portrayed in anyway as exact Have Fun! -Darkstar800-
