the red stars give you 5 points and 100% heal you the purple stars give you 1 point and heal you a little bit beating enemy's gets you 10 points to beat a enemy you run into one and click it until its damage is at 50% don't let your damage get up to 50% to move use arrow keys or wasd or mobile
