IMPORTANT !!! You don't need to ask to join !!! Hello there! This is a very quick and messy project, my apologies So I want to remake my old-ish project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/604182770/ but I would like the prophecy to be recorded instead of using Text to Speech. The info is in the project (you can change slides by clicking any key to go forward and "a", "left" "down" keys to go back), but I'll also put it here. --- THE PROJECT'S CONTENT -- > I decided to remake my "The Dragonet Prophecy PMV", but I'm struggling with the audio as I don't really want to put Text to Speech thing to speak the prophecy out for me. > So I decided to open voice auditions as it probably would be more interesting. > (Also, I'm doing this as more of a test thingy so I can see how it works) > Those who want to audition will just have read the lines of the prophecy. > Yup, this prophecy: When the war has lasted twenty years … the dragonets will come. When the land is soaked in blood and tears … the dragonets will come. Find the SeaWing egg of deepest blue, Wings of night shall come to you. The largest egg in mountain high, will give to you the wings of sky. For wings of earth, search through the mud for an egg the color of dragon blood. And hidden alone from the rival queens, the SandWing egg awaits unseen. Of three queens who blister and blaze and burn, two shall die and one shall learn if she bows to a fate that is stronger and higher, she'll have the power of wings of fire. Five eggs to hatch on brightest night, five dragons born to end the fight. Darkness will rise to bring the light. The dragonets are coming … > What are the requirements? - There are barely any! Anyone can audition if they want! >The only thing I ask is that you: - Remix this project so I'm notified - Have seperate lines in seperate recordings / sound files > These are not mandatory (you don't have to do these), but very preferred, that: - There are no background noises - Sound files are labeled >Sound files are located in sprites and backdrops and are next to "Costumes" > What I meant with seperate recordings is, that I want each line to be on it's own. > For example you want to record these lines: "Five eggs to hatch on brightest night, five dragons born to end the fight." > So you will have to have two separate sounds: one has the top line, and second will have the bottom line recoded. >You can (without asking): - Record multiple lines (suggested, because if multiple people have alse recorded the same line, you will have more of a chance with another) - Record lines out of order - Edit (a little) your audio - Record with random expressions >Remember! Multiple people can audition for the same line > My idea behind this is that the result resembles multiple dragons that believe in this prophecy speaking it out in hopes that it will come true. > I don't really know if there will be enough auditions to fill all these lines so I'm hoping for the best.
Ok this my submission.
