When he is doing that, he drops his phone. He gets mad and throws his phone and it hits the ambulance. The ambulance rolls over the phone. The guy in the ambulance is mad and sprays him with water, and the guy falls backwards. This creates a puddle. When the ambulance drives again, it goes on the puddle and flips over.
