Hello! this animation is.. really short. haha. Anyways. It focuses on Bill Cipher, and the deal he made with Stanford. The eye darting around represents the paranoia Stanford felt. The fire represents Bill's desire to take over the world, and turn it into an utterly chaotic.. I suppose it would be a utopia in their eye.
