She always makes him smile, and she's so talented and responsible. She always just brightens his day with her beauty. :) Brendon is his best friend. They never get in fights, except over girls. They make each other laugh, and always support each other, especially in rough times. Brendon and Mark are the unbreakable duo. Then there's a bunch of jock guys on his sports teams, plus some people from writing and poetry clubs. They're all so nice to him, and he loves hanging out with all of them. It was a family curse. Mark hated it so badly, wishing it was gone with every last muscle in his body. He started playing some sports at home, and writing stuff about how he was feeling about his dreaded crystals. Then he met Lucy, and his writing burst off. He suddenly went through a happy, friendly phase. Lucy was that beautiful, sweet girl you meet and instantly love. They dated, and all his writing was beautiful, poetic, sweet, and romantic. When he was with Lucy, he felt like they were the only ones that existed. Lucy seemed perfect. Then, one day, he had arranged to propose to her, even though he was only 15, and when he went to her door, he expected Lucy. She always answered the door. Instead her parents were there, crying their hearts out. They let him in, and had him sit down. Then, they explained. Her mother whimpered, "She, she went to go visit her sister in Fashionistalatette for a few hours, and she went by carriage (they don't have cars here, except extremely wealthy families. They mostly have bikes or carriages.). Well....." She couldn't continue. She slowly pushed a paper towards him. It was a document from the police of Fashionistalatette. Lucy's mother pointed to a sentence. ' A known murderer, escaped from the demented prisons of Fashionistalatette, illegally broke into the carriage, and shot Miss Lucy Hale, 15, on the head. She died a few minutes afterwards, but was still shipped to the Fashionistalatette nation hospital.' Mark just stared at it in shock. "It was yesterday," Mrs. Hale sighed. After that, Mark became extremely depressed. He kept the rings, and attended the funeral, but every time he thought about Lucy, he broke out in tears. She hadn't become an angel. She was dead. Straight out dead. Gone from his world (There's a 10% chance that when a cat that's not an angel dies in this world, they can come back as an angel, so they're still technically alive, and have wings. :) When an angel dies though, they're dead, or the other 90%). Shortly after, he signed up as a foreign exchange student for Octoni (another nation). His parents found out, and they all moved. There, he was a big hit. He could actually go to a real school, and join clubs and sports. Everybody loved his crystals. He met his best friend Brendon, and his other best friend, Ariel. He and Ariel eventually started dating, and it left behind the tragedy of Lucy. Besides, what sounded better?: Mr. and Mrs. Mark and Lucy Hale, or Mr. and Mrs. Duke Mark and Duchess Arielocean Rider the Bubblos? Most thought Mark Hale and Lucy Hale sounded better than Duke Mark Rider and Duchess Arielocean Rider the Bubblos, but he liked Mark Rider. Anyway, at age 16, he got Ariel pregnant, and his parents kicked him out. Mark was stunned that his parents would actually do that, but he accepted it, especially since Ariel's lesbian parents invited him to live with them. They were royalty. Misschess Oceanwave Rider, and Misschess Kaori the Bubblos Rider. They were very kind to him, and he and Ariel got married. At 16 years old.... o-o He loved their marriage, but still sometimes missed Lucy, and wondered if she was destined to die so he could marry Ariel. He still doesn't know.
