okok I know that Tera (or any related character like Pibby or GF) was not a part of the original mod but I thought it was fun to add a sad/crying charater since BF (or Scratch Cat) was not (I did originally plan it and even designed it but it made Scratch Cat look like he smelled F A R D). Also the Corruption changed Pico's appearance. Yes, Pico doesn't have a right arm. Pico's body parts also sometimes fling themselves towards their prey (most oftenly his mouth) as result of the Corruption ruining Pico's impulses. Tera is also Pico's mom and is holding his school picture.
