Instructions: You are a black square and you need to dodge the red spikes that are flying towards you Move with the arrow up and down keys or the 'e' and 'd' key, and space bar to use your power(destroys all spikes for 3 secs). But watch out! You move in a special pattern, so arrow up doesn't always mean that you move up. When you advance, there will be more squares that all move in a different pattern (up to 4 squares). None of these squares may hit the red spikes! There are also some collectible power-ups: Yellow circle: 2x points multiplier for 5 seconds. Green rounded square: makes the black square that hit this powerup disappear for 5 seconds. this makes it a bit easier because there is one square less that can hit something! Blue triangle: slows down the speed that the red spikes are being spawned. Yellow star: fills your power-bar.
I thought that the coding ScratchinJoJo did was good but you could make more out of this project : ) I added the power you gain and then use, the animated backdrop, improved the sound logo and graphics, and added the star power-up.
