Starting some Monthly Shoutouts every month! This month is... DUN DUN DUN, @dragonfier42 YAY! I basically needed a perm (a yes or no question to do something) so I asked dragon if I could use her in a project, and she allowed it :D I'll be sending this over to Dragon and see what she thinks, I wonder who will be shouted out next month... What I basically do is I put people following me/ people I'm following in a hat and I randomly pick a name, After that name is picked, I have to do one of there OCs if they allow me, so thats basically how it works :)
