Here's my entry for @PEPKitty's Christian PFP contest :) I'm a Christian. If you didn't know that, you clearly have not been to my profile; if you do, then, well... Good for you, I guess? (And now you know that you have someone who can pray for you :D) Meaning of the stuff in here: 1. The background/scene Obviously the "generic" background for Christians; it's the crucifixion scene. 2. The sparrow (It's actually a house sparrow) In the New Testament, Jesus used these birds to let YOU (yes, you) know that He and the Heavenly Father will take care of you. (One of the verses (direct translation) says "Fowl of the air" or something.) 3. The wine cup... Hehe... this might not really be that appropriate for really little kids, but it's the last thing that Jesus drank (mixed with vinegar, apparently, it's supposed to help with pain) before our sins were eternally forgiven. 3. The basket underneath Jesus's cross. There are two fish and 5 loaves of bread... you should know. (The feeding of the "5,000"... which was more like 20,000, because they only counted men (heads of families). 4. The lilies underneath one of the other crosses. "Look at the lilies of the field, they neither toil or spin, yet I tell you, not even Solomon in his glory was arrayed like one of these flowers..." or something like that. The verse just shows that the Heavenly Father has everything planned, and you shouldn't worry. (because he has everything planned) And that's it :) Credits: Google for: - me searching up 'fancy wine cup medieval times' - me searching up 'miracles Jesus performed" (even though that did not help...) - me searching up '5 loaves of bread and 2 fish' (didn't really help either) - me searching up 'lily flower' - me searching up 'sparrow' Me, @captain_Kestrel for all of the art (ALL ON SCRATCH) Lingojam for the fancy text that says "Jesus Saves" @PEPKitty for the contest; @PEPKitty is now free to use this as @PEPKitty's profile picture :) (But nobody else... except for me.)
