Hey guys! I decided to start a new series thing haha! Turning Food Into Foxes... Today is day 1! I drew a Mango Slushy as a fox :). Each day I spin a wheel full of my favorite food items and whatever it lands on I draw! Since it's the first day, I've decided to do an art process. Hope you all enjoy! (coding inspo by @tallstar1234alter )
Here is the art process explained: 1. The sketch! I sketch everything out including the designs before I do the lineart. 2. Lineart! I just cleaned it up a little, made it look nice. 3. Base color! This is the color I use to just guide what color is going to be the base for the designs. 4. Designs/coloring! Not really much to say here I just colored it the way I wanted it haha 5. Shading! I use a royal blue shade to shade first, in the areas I want the shading in. 6. Shading opacity! I lower the opacity to anywhere in between 20% and 8%. 7. Highlights! These are very important mostly for looks lol. it just looks nice in my opinion haha 8. Highlight opacity! I lower the opacity to 81%, to make it not pop out as much. 9. Background! On fire alpaca, I use the brushes watercolor and star3. I do watercolor as the darkest color first, then the middle color, then the lightest. Same with the stars. :) 10. More lighting and shading! I use the airbrush for this, in a big size haha. 11. More opacity! Lol there's a lot of this 12. Outline! I normally use the pen tool for this one and just draw around the drawing with the size 25. Color white ofc xp 13. Signature and finished result! Thanks for reading this essay haha have a great day! <3
