⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀── ⋅ ⋅ ── ♫ ── ⋅ ⋅ ── • asejfalksdfal no comments you only need to look at her to know that she's the prettiest cat ever <3 /hj /pos • application for melodykit!! • also made some art of her ;) if you win, feel free to use them!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀୨⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯୧ ⠀⠀↳ about me :: ♪ roleplayer introduction hello!! my name is Linn, and i go by she/her or they/them pronouns. i've been roleplaying for about two years i think- honestly i lost track a while ago since it feels like i started a long time ago. all i know is that i got into roleplaying right when i joined scratch and haven't stopped doing it or loving it since! i have never taken a long break from roleplaying since i started, though i've attempted to take shorter hiatuses. however, i'm very attached to roleplaying and can't stay away from scratch for long before calling off the break :") along with roleplaying, i also love drawing and posting my art on scratch <3 ♪ current roleplays + characters i've been in quite a few roleplays, but the only main one i'm in right now is tfcrp. every other roleplay i've been in has either gone inactive, or i lost motivation to roleplay in it. some of them include tppc, wfb, rtic, the previous lilcrp, and lots more that i can't remember right now. in tfcrp, i play Wanderbreeze, as you know <3 i have only had one previous character in tfcrp who was called Flash. the whole time i had him, i think i only roleplayed with him once though haha. he was just so boring and i wasn't very attached to him- i also was very inexperienced at roleplaying back then. i'd say i've improved significantly throughout the years! okay now enough about the other roleplays i've been in/am in. i had one character in the previous lilcrp studio named Peachkit, whom i won from an event litter. since the roleplay was already going inactive when i won her, i never really had the motivation to roleplay with her. however, this reboot seems like it's going quite successfully, so i'm sure that i won't be as inactive with Mel [ there's so many nicknames i could give her asejfdlksa ] as i was with Peach. ♪ longevity i'm always somewhat attached to my characters [ not including Flash :eyes: ] no matter how much i disconnect with them. especially if I win them from a litter or event, i will always feel too guilty to not give them the life they deserve, so i have never killed off a character before they become a warrior [ not including Peachkit because the roleplay got rebooted before she got to the age ^^ ]. i can guarantee that Mel would live to be at least twenty moons [ definitely even more ], even if i do for some reason lose attachment to her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀୨⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯୧ ⠀⠀↳ kit information :: ♪ kit identification gender :: i’ll probably just keep her cisgender female, but this may change. i just feel like i don’t have many cisgender characters currently and need a change :”) pronouns :: most likely she/her with some neo pronouns sexuality :: demiromantic heteroflexible [ 90% toms, 10% she-cats and other ] ♪ future plans for Mel most of my characters are super shy and unsocial, so i want a change with Melodykit. since she’s the talkative type [ explained in personality below ], i think this is a really good opportunity for me to improve my roleplaying skills with outgoing characters. the main thing i want for Mel is to have lots of friends and possibly a mate. i don’t want her life to be ever-changing so that she can just enjoy a simpler life. i don’t have many other plans for her, so we’ll see what happens <3 ♪ personality Melodykit is a social butterfly, always wanting to meet new cats and learn everything about them. She always tries her best—for sometime at least. When things get hard, Mel tends to get lazy or even give up. However, she doesn’t accept defeat that easily, especially not if other cats are still going. Melodykit is very competitive and can’t stand to be beaten. Although she gets tired of doing the same thing over and over again, a competitor is all she needs to encourage her to continue. Mel always strives to be her best self and like her role model, who of course is Nutmegfloat [ sound familiar Kay? <3 ]. Although she has no interest in becoming a medicine cat, Melodykit will help out her mother—or any other cat when Nutmegfloat is around—whenever needed. To clarify, Mello is a big people-pleaser and will do anything to make sure every cat has a positive feeling of her. While she would never harm any cat to get what she wants, Mel is very dramatic. She may blame one cat to save another, so you’d better not get on her bad side. [ continued in notes and credits vv ]
Melodykit is also very observant. When she isn’t talking or trying to impress a group of cats, she is sitting by herself watching. After seeing that her mother is a big gossip queen, she will try to become one as well, though gossiping isn’t one of her main interests. Once she has the information she needs, she will try to use it as blackmail if the same cat ever does something wrong. Mel is not one to sugarcoat things either. She is blunt and doesn’t hold anything back, especially against her so called enemies. This is one side of her “straightforwardness”; however, this trait is not completely negative. Melodykit hates anything involving complex plans and would much rather prefer a simple one. She is straightforward and doesn’t let anything distract her from the main goal, which to her is much easier than spending time overthinking everything just to do the same thing. Because of this, she has a mistrust in the cats who try to take over something she is already trying to figure out. Mello is a natural leader, and she only trusts the solutions that she herself comes up with. In addition, Melodykit is easily angered. She hates it when someone or something is being annoying and easily gets frustrated or annoyed. Once this happens, Mel is in a sour mood for the rest of the day, and nothing can cheer her up except maybe some attention. To go on, Melodykit is outgoing, but she also loves when people notice her. She is quite a show-off and believes that she’s good at everything. Her mother is Nutmegfloat, and medicine cats are super important, so she must be important too, right? Unfortunately, I don’t plan on Mel becoming less arrogant as she gets older.
