"high-strung" kitten back in her day. she was prone to picking up random hobbies, resulting in them either getting injured or injuring someone else. it wasn't until she met her now-bff kaii, that she finally felt that she had found someone who understood her strange habits. " hurry up, dude, the mall isn't going to shop itself," said kaii, already halfway into the vans shop just outside the food court. " coming," cameryn got sidetracked by a poster announcing part two of "stranger things" season 4. the vans store's familiar scent of shoe boxes and clothes drifted all around cam and kaii. " so, i'm here for new hi-tops, since my current ones are covered in holes and the red dye is leaked onto the laces." cameryn looked down at kaii's shoes. " yikes. how'd that even happen?" " long story short, soccer at p.e on the wet field," cam looked back up and glanced around the shop. " didn't know black looked so nice as a beanie color." cam didn't want to spend that much money, so they started looking for kaii. and that's when she saw them: a pair of black and white checkered leg warmers, hanging on a rack. cam had always wanted a pair, since she would often sneak out late at night to go skate, even when it was like 63° fahrenheit out. they gladly took them off the rack and paid for the items along with kaii.
