The numbers displayed in the matrices are only accurate to the whole number, they do not display numbers after the decimal point. The actual number stored in the matrix has more precision. So negative zero might actually mean -0.1123 for example. Actual angle = Angle * 10 (so Angle set to 9 is a 90 degree rotation) Actual scale factor = Scale / 10 (so Scale set to 45 is a dilation to a factor of 4.5)
