(001a) First-Ever Build Of Sky OS ========================================= TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1: Usage 1.1: Terms When the terms "us", "we", or "our" are applied, we're referring to either the creator or the program itself. The terms "we" and "us" usually refer to the creator, while "our" usually refers to the program itself, exceptions do exist for both, however. 1.2: Prohibited usage Sky OS can only be used badly with online content. So the only thing that can ban you currently is abusing the feedback feature. Because of the way Scratch works, you cannot be stopped from accessing Sky OS, but you can be banned from using online content. 2: Music 2.1: Music App The Music App by itself (the visuals and code) are owned by the creator, but can be used freely in other projects with credit. 2.2: The Music Itself At the moment, all tracks are licensed to Scratch or remixes of them. Usage will depend on how it was licensed to Scratch. This will change in the future when more people create tracks for Sky OS. 3. Games The games were programmed by the creator, and are obtained via the shop. The ideas for the games could vary. Some are entirely original, others recreated many times. This part is obsolete for right now as games do not exist yet. 4. Shop The shop is a store for games and other programs. Like the games section, this part is also obsolete due to non-existence.
