A parallax that changes scene depending on the time of day ♡ What is a parallax? ♡ For those who don’t know, a parallax is the effect where the position or direction of an object looms different when viewed from a different position. In Scratch, a parallax is basically where you separate your art into three main sections - foreground, middle-ground, and background. Most people do more middle-ground than anything else, and probably have around 5 layers in their parallax. Moving your mouse causes these "layers" to move different amounts (say, the tree moves 12 mm but the sun moves 10 mm), giving the illusion of something moving as your perspective changes. Have fun!
