Up arrow - Speed up Down arrow - Slow down Steps/s is the constant speed of the storm in pixels per second divided by your current FPS. Use Q and E to change it. Steps/sec 2 is the divisor to the mouse distance to determine the steps on that frame. The higher you set it the slower the storm goes. This is the default mode.
