To reactivate it, open the project, click the VHS Effects sprite, and read the comment! (This is carried over from another one of my projects that uses this filter) I decided to put together an accurate VHS filter! This one uses two other filters (creators in Notes and Credits) as well as my own coding, to give you what should be the most accurate filter on Scratch! Credit is appreciated, but not required. On low-end devices, when the artifact feature is enabled, this can lag a lot due to lots of clones being spawned at the same time, and cause Scratch's project player to glitch. This has happened to me once. Thankfully I had saved the project prior.
