*ੈ✩‧₊˚ Hi! *ੈ✩‧₊˚ Today I made an art process, as requested by @ichiigc ! I decided to draw my oc, Akari! Let’s get started! But first...This art process doesn't mean I want people to start copying my work! It just exists for me to give little tips and show how I draw ^^ If you see someone heavily referencing my art, please tell me right away! Ty! I used Autodesk Sketchbook to draw this! ☆ First I did a sketch! My sketches can be super messy sometimes XD ☆ Next I did the lineart! I do my lineart in brown whenever I’m drawing in this style. In the lineart Akari's hair looks more floofy than in the sketch XD ☆ After the lineart is base colors! This is when I take colors from Akari’s ref and pop them onto the drawing ☆ I always work on the eyes first, because…I don’t know actually hehe, they’re just the hardest (and my favorite) part of the drawing so it’s good to get them done. ☆ Then I shaded her hair, skin, horns, and outfit! I did all my shading in red, then brought the color opacity down. The only part that wasn’t in red were the horns ☆ The last part of my drawing process was to add shines on the hair, necklace, and horns, and add everything else that I forgot, because I’m super forgetful XD That’s all for my art process!
