When you press the green flag, you can choose whether to load an old Pokemon Vault file or create a new one. Click the GTS button to look at trades. Only trades that are created while you have the program on will register. Click transfer out to transfer out a pokemon you have in your vault to another game that it is obtainable in. Click transfer in to transfer in a pokemon from a different game using a code. Press the p key to see a pokemon you're missing for your pokedex. Gotta catch em' all! Press 2 to go to a second page to use summon items.
