Red=Ebola(10% chance of surviving) Blue=Flu(70% chance of surviving) Light Blue=Cold(99% chance of surviving) Orange=Step Throat(20% chance of surviving) There are vaccines that randomly pop up. There are also inventory items that randomly pop up. You need disease weakener and the disease in your inventory to make the vaccine. The orange vile are antibiotics, they cure you of step throat, but don't give you immunity. The green vile is tamiflu, it cures you of the flu, but doesn't give you immunity. Same for TamiFlu, which is the green vile. The gas mask temporally protects you from all of the diseases.
Diseases slow you down. If you click the start button and you get the cold, push it again.
