Tips: 3-3-3 rule for anxiety/panic attacks. Try to name 3 things you can see, 3 sounds you can hear, and 3 body parts. Drinking tea is a great way to calm nerves. If you notice your body temperature rising and breathing increasing try taking long soft breaths and taking a chilled shower while being aware of your breathing. If your overthinking, try to take a few deep breaths to clear your mind then slowly go through each thought that's troubling you. Try to think with your knowledge and not emotions, is it true? How likely is this? Try to stay in the moment and not the future. I know its easier said than done but all I ask is for you to try. Overthinking/ Anxiety- Grab a piece of ice
