This is one of my fastest projects ever (about 10 minutes). I promise that you'll be suprised when you see inside. Check it out :) I've developed the logic a few months ago and decided to try to implement it in Scratch too. It can convert to bases greater than 10 but unfortunately it cannot do the same reversed.
