Name: Ai Gender: Female Age: 15 (in human years) Backstory: Ai, as a puppy, was different than the rest. She never liked big crowds and didn't have very many friends. The friends she did have weren't very close to her. She always wished there was a bigger destiny awaiting her outside the small colony she lived in. One day, in her dreams, a spiritual wolf called Oni visited her. He promised her a life of her own, outside the rules of others. He said she could choose her own path and help save lives. However, it also meant she would be even more different from the rest of her pack, and that they'd probably reject her. Hesitantly, she accepted. She was granted the power of fire through a charm she wore on her neck. The charm was heart-shaped, to fit her name; "Ai." It meant love and passion. Throughout her years, she lived up to her name by saving lives using her new powers. At the age of 15, Oni came to her again. He explained his powers were fading, and that meant hers would as well. Horrified at the thought, she asked Oni if there was anything she could do. Oni told her she could bring him to life as a young wolf her age. They would live as best friends, their powers strengthening each other. Ai gladly accepted. Oni became her one and only closest friend. The rest of the story is yet to be known.
