its unfinished cause I procrastinated and now tomorrows the deadline! whoops :D its really really unfinished, sorry, not even the intros finished. I don't really have a story even for my existing ocs, so I think he would just be a cute character to draw I did slightly change the design. Made the bell have little points like cat ears, changed the light into a star, welcome back to me changing my artstyle again even though I have never drawn this way before!
