i am assuming that you are here because you want to hear about my Horrible Disaster Brownies (tm). so yesterday morning i was alerted at exactly 10:00 am sharp by my amazon alexa that i was to bake brownies. i left myself a reminder and then i forgot so i guess its good that i left a reminder. anyway i went to the kitchen, called my friend toby, and immediately began making an absolutely delectable batch of brownies. i am vegan so i made silly vegan brownies, and the recipe wanted margarine but i didnt have any so i used miyoko's vegan butter. miyoko's is mucho oily when you melt it and i had to melt it so i guess there was too much oil......... the batter was amazing and then i took the brownies out of the oven after 45 minutes and they were SOAKING IN A BATH OF OIL !!!!! there wasnt even any oil in the recipe . it was JUST from the 3/4 cup of vegan butter. anyway they were supposed to be a gift for my friend matilda but then i had to compost them. they were tasty but i had to literally wipe oil off of them before eating
