w or up arrow and hold to stretch ditto...yeah idk im sry There is a 1 in 200 chance for ditto to be shiny.(Normal colour is purple and shiny colour is blue). keep pressing the green flag to find the shiny.
You will soon be able to do more other than stretch ditto and shiny hunt.
