(Continued from Instructions) Finally, he managed to split the fight up, and revealed two cats in which he held by their scruffs in either of his grasps. "Jellie, what did I say about being nice?!" The wizard scolded at his beloved cat, relieved to have finally stopped the.. fur shed. "Jellie??" Stress questioned, weapon still ready in hand. "Well /he/ started it. He was in my house." Jellie huffed, turned her head away from the intruder in her house. "Yeah, well /he/ is Grian, Jellie. I thought you'd recognize his scent!" Scar explained, placing the cats down as Stress started with a raised eyebrow at the meowing cat as Scar commented. "Wait, Grian?!" Jellie yowled, turning to face said grain. "Hi, yeah. It's me-" Grain huffed, scratching his ear with his hind leg, causing loose balls of fluff to fly out. It only took Jellie a second to react before she was at their friend's side, grooming his fluffy face as she apologized in between each lick. Scar chuckled and glanced at Stress, who was staring in confusion at the wizard and chittering cats. "Wot?" Was all she managed to get out. "I can speak to cats, Jellie accidentally attacked Grian; thinking he was an intruder, and now she's apologizing." The wizard summed up. She nodded, processing as she placed her weapon away into her inventory. A shift and yawn caused Stress to turn and look around. Little Mumbo had some what woken up, as he looked around the room blearily and rubbed sleep out of his eyes. Stress greeted him gently, trying to coax him to relax and go back to sleep. She went over to the couch and sat down, lifting him onto her lap and stroking his hair. It calmed him, but she also calmed her nerves. Scar smiled at his British friends, and crouched down to pet Jellie's head as she tackled Grian into a grooming frenzy. The size comparison was laughable, for Grian was about half he size of her. Jellie had Grian in a choke hold to groom the top of his head, as he squirmed about. For a moment, everything was peaceful. A giant shadow loomed in the doorframe, blocking out most of the sunlight that filled the room. Stress looked up slowly at the sudden change of atmosphere. Her breath hitched, and Mumbo clung onto her. Scar's brows furrowed at the lack of light that came into the room. He stood and turned to face the doorway. A big and black figure stood in the doorway, sunlight filtering past them as they peered into the shell. "Am I interrupting on something~?" —————————— Here’s chapter 16!
