this was absolutely insane to make. i grabbed some refs then sat in one spot for like 5 consecutive hours making a weird amalgamation of them. i think it was like 12-something am when i finished it but it felt great to finally have that devotion to something cause i haven't been motivated art-wise for like a month ANYWAY i've had this idea of gerard in the style of ghost's cirice cover for a while. so um i just think that putting revenge gerard on the side of the girl is very very fitting.. slides slides slides (click 2 flip) 1 / the Thing!! very cool very great 2 / additions to mirror the reference more 3 / the sketch that is the real art out of all of this. the rest is like a lot of texture and colors thrown over it 4 / BUG 5 / red side, the black parade. so sad you can't see their eyelashes cause of the black paint 6 / blue side, revenge. i LOVE drawing gerard's long black 2004 hair it is messy and feminine and fun ((despite probably not being washed for weeks.,.)) <3 also the lashes......... btw look at that texture!! so so enjoyable to just cover things in in Textures.. 7 / i find it. amusing how i set my refs up for this one lol credits art : me <3 audio : cirice - ghost (screams yes i know this is like one of their most popular songs BUT it means very much to me...) program used : clip studio paint (default pencil brush + texture effects from true grit texture supply) ------------------------------------- tags are not compatible with how this site works imo but words and phrases in descriptions work with the search function so. ignore all of this please: mcr . my chemical romance . gerard way . the black parade . three cheers for sweet revenge . the band ghost . meliora . papa emeritus . fly insect bug!!! ------------------------------------- respectfully. wanna join my dtiys https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/669376492/
