(with a "new" design btw) ok so first off i want to clear that Ocean (at the end) is moving their fingers bc they're worried for Toxin', since Toxin' when ""evil"" is also ""cold"", Ocean is most of time worried for Toxin' and their secondary lab effects. thats all i think i've improved on Toxin''s art lol they look so aesthetic omg i cri
