This is a modded Schindler with RARE chimes, but down chimes only. R is locked, probably a bug. The other elevator can access R without any problems. 4 is marked as F to prevent Tetraphobia.
UPDATE: In 2018, they added AAN-B to this elevator. Thanks to HJ2127_1997 for the original project 1980's Mitsubishi Elevator but got modded.. Thanks to LIFTWONG for the original project 1980's Mitsubishi Elevator.
