Hello everyone, it’s that time of year again. 5 years ago on this day, I first discovered scratch. If you go to my original account, @AndrewGZP, you will see “5 years ago”. Half a decade! That’s a long time. When my account turned one year old, I moved my account to @Swampmello. When my account turned 2 years old, I made a little dance party with a bunch of characters. I originally wanted to add more to it, like the characters moving around and random music playing, but the project wouldn’t save so I just settled for what I already had. When my account turned three years old, I made an announcement project similar to this one. When my account turned four years old, I made another announcement project and a timeline of all of the projects I had made; and now, my account is turning five years old and I am creating yet another announcement project (That’s this one!) I am also making a video later this month, you’ll see what that is when it comes out. It’s insane to think about. I started my journey on this website 5 years ago and am still very regularly using it. I really don’t have anything else to say so goodbye!
Additional notes: -I was originally going to make an audio recording for this project but I couldn’t get it to work. I decided to use the description because I thought it would be easier than using tts. -Previous anniversary projects 1 year (not really an anniversary project but whatever): https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/230231441/ 2 years: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/321372582/ 3 years: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/410138845/ 4 years: -This is the first anniversary project that wasn’t posted late! (If you don’t count the “Moved to ” project.) Good job, me! -If you noticed some activity on the account, don’t worry, I wasn’t hacked. I recently managed to sign in to the account via password reset. Before that, I hadn’t been signed into the account in a year! -In the description of the “Moved to ” project, it says that I promised to upload more on the Swampmello account. However, I only ever uploaded 4 projects on that account. Guess I broke my promise. -The original password for the AndrewGZP account was “123456” (super good password) but I changed it to something else (I don’t remember what.) After I reset the password, I changed it to [CONNECTION TERMINATED]
