I know that you asked for a rating, instead of a critique, but I think that it would be easier to explain the rating I gave you First of all, please remember that you are an incredible artist, especially for your age! A lot of these info that I am sharing right now is a bit more advanced, but I'm sure that you can get the hang of it if you practice (example: art studies- a practice piece where you experiment with color, lighting, poses, etc.) Also, for my rating, it was hard to write it into a number, so anything above a 1 is considered very good! (also, people have different tastes in art, someone might love abstract art, but some might not, so the rating isn't that important :)) I'm also very lazy, so I didn't draw lineart- please do not be like me and at least draw over your sketch a few times so there won't be any random lines sticking out of your lines
