This is cuphead boss fight 2 with the german rat. riding in a cat.... *confusion* anyway to start this you will need to find the code in the wally warbles game by beating on expert or normal/regular If your on simple mode you dont get to see the 4th phase of werner Left arrow key goes left and right arrow key goes right Up arrow key points up to shoot up Z to jump X to shoot C to put up a finger (i dont use this but im going for similarity here) V to dash
